1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using Ubizie, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Using Ubizie
Ubizie helps people discover, join, discuss, and remember plans. You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Community Guidelines. You may not impersonate others, mislead people about a plan, scrape or automate access without permission, interfere with the Services, attempt to bypass security, or use Ubizie to harm, harass, defraud, or exploit anyone.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You give Ubizie a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve, and protect the Services in accordance with your audience choices. This license ends when the content is deleted, except where copies must be retained for a limited period or another user has an independent right to the content.
You represent that you have the rights needed to share your content and that it does not violate law, privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights.
5. Plans and interactions
Ubizie is a social platform, not the organizer, owner, or guarantor of user-created plans. Users are responsible for plan details, safety, permissions, expenses, tickets, venues, and interactions. Confirm important information independently and use reasonable judgment when meeting people or attending plans.
6. Moderation and enforcement
We may review reports, remove or limit content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain service integrity. We are not obligated to monitor every interaction.
7. Third-party services
Ubizie may link to or integrate with third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
8. Availability and changes
The Services may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. We may release experimental or beta features that are provided as available and may change without notice.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that users, plans, content, or third-party services are accurate, safe, available, or suitable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ubizie will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of the Services. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these provisions may not apply to you.
10. Ending your account
You may stop using Ubizie or delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, legal requirements, or prolonged inactivity. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
11. Changes and contact
