Delete your Ubizie account

You can request permanent account deletion directly inside the Ubizie app.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Ubizie and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Tap Profile.
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Open Account.
  5. Choose Delete Account and confirm the request.
Before you confirm

Account deletion is intended to be permanent. You may lose access to your profile, plans, messages, photos, memories, connections, settings, and other account data.

What happens to your data

We begin deleting or de-identifying data associated with your account, including stored profile and media data, subject to limited exceptions. We may retain limited records where required for fraud prevention, security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or backup integrity. Content may also remain when another user has an independent copy or legal right to it.

Cannot access the app?

Email support@ubizie.com from the email associated with your account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request. Never send your password or verification code.
