Your controls

Choose your audience

Use each plan’s audience controls to decide who is eligible to see it. Review the audience before publishing.

Block unwanted contact

Blocking limits a person’s ability to find and interact with you. Use it whenever contact feels unwanted.

Report concerns

Report profiles, plans, comments, messages, or photos from the relevant in-app menu so our team has the right context.

Delete your account

You can permanently request account deletion from Settings without contacting support.

Before you join a plan

  • Confirm the host, location, time, costs, and access requirements.
  • For new people or unfamiliar places, tell someone where you are going and meet in a public setting.
  • Do not send money, credentials, verification codes, or sensitive information because someone pressures you.
  • Leave and seek help if a situation feels unsafe.

Urgent situations

Ubizie support is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. After you are safe, report the relevant account or content in Ubizie.
